The delegation, led by Ms. Nadia Sbeih, representative of the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs, was received at the Abidjan Port Authority (PAA) on Monday, August 25, 2025, for a working session with Colonel Coffi Yao Emmanuel, Harbour Master of the Port of Abidjan, representing the Managing Director of PAA, Mr. Hien Yacouba SIÉ. He was accompanied by Mr. Sangaré Macky, Director of the Digital Information Systems Department (DSIN).
All relevant parties were present at the meeting, including the Directorate General of Maritime Affairs (DGAM), the PAA Police and Gendarmerie, the Directorate General of Customs (DGD), and Ivoire Port Security (ISP).
