Mr N’GBALA Etienne Technical Advisor of the Abidjan Port Authority’s Managing Director had a discussion with a delegation of American businessmen on Friday 31 March 2017. As Mr Randy Sumrall, President of Harbour Pallet Packaging (a New –Orleans –Louisiana state-based company) put it; the meeting was aimed at seeking investment opportunities in the port industry and searching for partnerships and new markets Let’s note that Harbour Pallet and Packaging Company is specialized in the manufacture of packaging in the fields of energy, trade, health, pharmaceuticals products etc.
