Le Port Autonome d’Abidjan a abrité, le 20 avril 2026, la première réunion du Comité de Pilotage (COPIL) du projet SCOPE Africa (Securing Corridors, Ports and Exchanges in Western and Central Africa).

La session a été co-présidée par le colonel José-Nicole KOUADIO AKA, représentant le Secrétariat Permanent du Comité Interministériel de l’Action de l’État en Mer (SEPCIM-AEM), et par SEM. Irchad RAZAALY, ambassadeur de l’Union Européenne en Côte d’Ivoire.
